Another Canadian think-tank, this one funded by the government and especially scary, with a mandate to “help the Government of Canada develop future-oriented policy and programs that are more robust and resilient in the face of disruptive change on the horizon.”
Contains lots of well funded but marginal content government papers on Covid, digital technologies, bio-digital convergence (or “transhumanism”), the future of work and other areas written is a style understandable to a dumbed down bureaucracy.
Lots of platitudes, lots of buzzwords and admissions about the need to “think,” but not as lot of original thought or useful conclusions in either of Canada’s official languages.
